Yesterday I got my first ever 1-star review. I am really upset that this has happened, especially given the fact I did not charge the boy anything as I felt sorry for him. The laptop was very dirty, and I cleaned it and tested 3 brand new chargers, none of them worked. This was 2 months ago, and they never contacted me, they just left this disparaging review. Working as a sole trader is extremely difficult, and these bad reviews damage small businesses. Had she contacted me I would have given Tobi an old laptop (I have a few that won’t run Windows 11, so I won’t sell them, but I’d have been happy to give one to someone who needed it. She also questions if my other reviews are bots, which of course they are not. I work damn hard for my customers, and this reflects in all my other reviews.
