There are many people reporting that Kaspersky comes up with a certificate error when running Outlook.

This is how to fix it:
Open Kaspersky and go to Settings (click the cog in the bottom left)
Then click Additional & and then Network

Now change these settings:

This should stop the error message coming up – it does reduce your security a little but the box is so annoying that most will opt for this solution.
